PawQuest is an online retail store offering anime- and gaming-themed pet products worldwide. In these Terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to PawQuest; "you" refers to the person browsing or ordering from the Site.

3. Products, pricing & availability
We work hard to display accurate colours, sizes, and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to screen calibration or manufacturing. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is captured at checkout via our payment processors. If a payment fails, or we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order and refund any captured amount.

Shipping timelines, costs, and carrier options are described on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.
6. Returns & refunds

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; (c) submit false information; (d) upload harmful code; or (e) resell PawQuest products commercially without our written permission.

The PawQuest name, logo, design system, product photography, marketing copy, and other original content on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission except as strictly necessary to browse and buy from the Site.
9. User content
If you submit a product review, testimonial, comment, or other user content, you grant PawQuest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You confirm the content is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
10. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services including but not limited to Shopify (hosting and checkout), Judge.me (reviews), and payment processors. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
