1. Who we are & how to contact us

- Contact and order details — name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number (where provided) when you place an order.
- Payment information — payment details are collected and processed by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). We do not store your card number on our servers.
- Account information — if you create an account, we retain the credentials and preferences associated with it.
- Reviews and correspondence — content you post as reviews or send by email.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring site, and cookies. See section 5.

We use the information above to:
- Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
- Communicate with you about your order or support requests
- Send marketing emails (only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Improve the Site, our products, and our customer experience

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (cart, checkout, login), analytics (understanding how the Site is used), and — with your consent — advertising. You can control cookies via your browser settings or our cookie banner.

We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform and hosting provider.
- Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, and any other processor we use at checkout.
- Fulfilment partners and shipping carriers — to pack and deliver your order.
- Judge.me — to send review invitations and store product reviews.
- Email & marketing platforms — to send transactional and (opt-in) marketing email.
- Analytics providers — such as Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics, in aggregated/pseudonymised form where possible.
- Legal or regulatory authorities — where we are required by law to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. International transfers
Because we ship worldwide and use global service providers, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for order data, that typically means as long as required by tax and accounting law (usually 6–7 years). Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; port your data; withdraw consent for marketing; and lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. 10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No system is 100% secure — if we ever detect a breach that affects you we will notify you as required by law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version is effective as soon as it is posted here. If we make material changes, we'll flag them at the top of the page.
